The room exceeded my expectations, and I got a nice surprise with a beautiful terrace and a spacious area! The staff was on point, offering excellent service and even a complimentary cake for my spouse's birthday, making it a really special touch. The relaxation options like the swimming pool and spa facilities were top-notch, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a small hiccup with some missing amenities that didn't affect the overall fantastic stay experience! 👌

I chose this hotel for its convenient location near Ski Dubai, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet access and the UCCI Restaurant, one of the hotel's 3 restaurants.

I thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional customer service provided by the staff, particularly Mr Suhil at reception and Mr Kumar from housekeeping. the dedication and professionalism of the staff truly made my stay memorable. However, improvements could be made in terms of the noise levels from the street-facing rooms and the outdated state of some bathrooms, which detracted from the overall experience.

I chose the Ramada hotel because its location was ideal for visiting the Manuscripts & Old Books Museum. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing amenities, including complimentary wireless Internet access and the UCCI Restaurant, which offered delicious dining options.

I selected this hotel for a summit and found it ideal for business travel. The hotel's featured amenities, such as the 24-hour business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services, were greatly beneficial. Additionally, its TECOM location provided convenience for travel to surrounding business and leisure hotspots.

The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated coworking space within the hotel.

At the hotel, I found the leisure club to be a hidden gem, similar to stumbling upon a treasure chest. The extensive swimming pool and fully equipped gym were a delightful find, perfectly complemented by a refreshment center at the pool terrace that felt like an oasis in the desert.

Stayed at this hotel recently, and it was a fantastic experience! the staff, especially Suhail and Osama, were incredibly hospitable. From the reservation team to the cleaners, everyone was friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and a great outdoor dining area. the hotel is located in a popular business area near various attractions like Emirates Golf Club, Ski Dubai, and Dubai Media City Park.

One area for improvement could be the breakfast variety. While the quality was good, a bit more selection could enhance the dining experience for guests.

My friends and I had a blast staying at the hotel during our trip to Dubai. The location was super convenient, allowing us to easily hop over to the Wild Wadi Water Park for an epic day of thrills and spills. The hotel's modern facilities and efficient staff made our stay extra comfy, and the cool, trendy vibe suited our squad perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better base for our adventure!

We had a great time at this hotel! The reception staff, especially Rami and the African guy, were extremely helpful. The room cleaning staff did a fantastic job. The hotel restaurant was good, but they should consider increasing the food quantity. We also appreciated the options for smoking and non-smoking rooms. The presence of a mini market in the next building and the Super Market and Carrefour Market within walking distance were very convenient. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants nearby. As people who enjoy karaoke and casinos, we found the location to be ideal with easy access to all the hotspots in Dubai.

We felt very comfortable during our stay and had nothing to complain about.

My stay at Auris Inn was delightful - the spacious room was well-equipped, the buffet breakfast enjoyable, and Dennis at reception was extremely helpful. The convenient location required short taxi rides to main attractions, but the tranquil pool and nearby shop added value. Daily room cleaning ensured a high standard, making it a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Nearby, the relaxing spa and wellness center, along with landmarks like Jumeirah Lake Towers and Ski Dubai, provided opportunities for family bonding and relaxation.

we had a fantastic stay at the ramada. the spacious room had plenty of sockets for charging devices, was immaculately clean, and very comfortable. the breakfast was delightful, and the location is perfect for those visiting internet city and jlt, just a short 10-15 minute walk to the metro. the staff, especially sahil, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience exceptional.

A gem in Tecom! Everything from the location, room cleanliness, facilities, to the superb linens and breakfast made for a relaxing weekend. Staff, especially Lea and Sahil, were welcoming and attentive. Couldn't think of anything negative! Best place for a family staycation.

Parking is free, located near the beach and metro station, about 10 minutes away. Japanese restaurant UCCI Sushi has great food.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location here is ideal as it’s situated in a popular business area. It’s close to all the interested attraction places which made our trip around the city easy and enjoyable. The amenities here are outstanding and the variety of room services made our stay comfortable. We loved the gardens and the outdoor pool area that allowed us to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff here are fantastic, from the doorman and bellman to the reception desk everyone made us feel welcomed. We would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family!

We recently stayed at a hotel in Barsha Heights and had an amazing experience. the staff at Ramada was exceptionally welcoming, especially Mr Rami and the other lady at the front desk. the hotel has recently been renovated and everything was spotlessly clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the reception team was very responsive. the housekeeping service, led by Mr Angel, was outstanding and took care of every detail. the parking was easy and safe, and we were able to enjoy the clean gym and pool. We even had a late check-out without any hassle. we would rate this hotel and its staff above a 10 if we could!

Loved the spacious rooms! The balcony was perfect for hosting friends while the kids slept. The manager went above and beyond, even remembering my kids' names and providing an extra cot. So helpful!

The room was so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home with the 24-hour room service and free WiFi. The flat-screen TV with international channels was a bonus, making me feel connected even in a foreign land.

Personally, I found the outdoor Shisha Café a little too smoky for my liking.

It was a blast for our family with thrilling rides and a great way to cool off from the Dubai heat. The kids absolutely loved it and it made our family trip unforgettable.

My wife says that adding more child-friendly activities at the hotel would have made our stay even better.

The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The views from the window were fine. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The bed was super comfortable, and we slept like babies. We had an issue with the air conditioning, but the maintenance staff was quick to solve the problem. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

Staff helped me find a place. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, room service, fitness studio, outdoor pool. No pets, no smoking. I'm coming back for New Year!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, as it is located in a popular business area with easy access to transportation. The nearby metro station can be reached in just about ten minutes by foot, easy for me to explore the city. The hotel facilities are fantastic and the cleanliness of the rooms is really good. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they made sure to ask me how everything was going. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.
